We welcome you to our beautiful family villa !!! To guarantee you a pleasant stay, we have established house rules. By agreeing or placing a booking, the person booking with us accepts these house rules. The person booking is ultimately responsible for compliance and communication regarding these regulations to the rest of the travel party.

1. We ask you to be respectful of our family villa.

2. Inventory such as tables and chairs that are inside are not to be used outside on the patio or in the garden. This is what the generous outdoor furniture is for.

3. We ask that you do not move inventory and/or furniture. If you do wish to move furniture and/or beds, this can only be done in consultation with us.

4. Smoking is not permitted inside. Smoking can be done outside, where we ask that you dispose of completely cooled cigarettes in the residual waste.

5. During your stay, you are responsible for the vacation rental. Always close all doors and take the key with you when you leave the residence.

6. At times when the pool is not in use by you as well as at night, the pool deck must be closed by you. No diving is allowed in the pool. Prior to using the pool, please shower in the outdoor showers provided. Children may enter the pool only under parental supervision. Use of the pool is at your own risk at all times.

7. We maintain a night’s rest period between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. in the morning. Of course, you can still sit outside on the terrace. But after 10 p.m., we ask you to be considerate of your surroundings.

8. If something breaks or gets damaged, we would like to hear about it as soon as possible so we can work together to find a solution. We find it very unpleasant if we discover damage after departure which you did not report to us.

9. Any damage caused and/or leaving our accommodation “too dirty” will be deducted from the deposit. If the damage amount exceeds the deposit paid, it goes without saying that you will reimburse this damage and/or additional expenses.

10. Waste should be carefully separated in the appropriate waste containers.

11. Any parasols provided fold down at night and on departure.

12. No additional guests/visitors are allowed during your stay, without consultation, than the number of people specified in advance.

13. It is not allowed to make damages by means of nails, thumbtacks, duck tape, adhesive tape confetti and the like.

14. You may park in the parking spaces provided.
