In advance herewith some practical information regarding the arrival and stay.
Our facilities such as the pool , hot tub, sauna , steam ovens , fireplace etc require explanation and attention. To make it easy for you, we have created instructional videos for each component or facility where appropriate . This video can be found on our website Guestmyvaya.co.uk.

Bed linen / bath linen / wellness package
The beds are standard made with hotel linen . The bath linen package consists of 1 large ( 70 x 140) towel and a small (90 x 180) towel per person . A wellness package consists of a sauna towel, a bathrobe and bath slippers. A kitchen towel package consists of 2 tea towels and a kitchen towel .Should you wish to order additional packages please do so at check-in.
Deposit:
We aim to return the deposit to your account number within 3 business days after check-out and final inspection . Please email ( info@parcsondel.nl) the bank account number with corresponding ascription to us so that we can refund the deposit less expenses if necessary .
Firewood:
In the living room there are two racks filled with firewood. You can use this firewood for the fireplace and hot tub. After you check out, we will replenish this supply with bags of firewood. We will charge for the number of bags we had to replenish.
(This amount will be deducted from the refundable deposit)
Temperature living room / hallway
The family villa is confounded (in part) by a heat pump. This heat pump is controlled by the outside temperature. Therefore, there is no thermostat in the living room / hallway.
Kitchen
The kitchen of our family villa is fully equipped! For example, the kitchen has :
2 induction hobs (8 burners )
2 steam ovens
2 dishwashers
2 refrigerators
Freezer with ice cube function
Griddle
Panini grill + sandwich maker
Airfryer XL

Coffee/Tea
Our family villa features:
Bravilor filter coffee machine ( filters are present )
Nespresso Machine (2 pieces) for Nespresso cups .
(Filter coffee and/or Nespresso Cups not included )
